Property-sourcing broker

We are seeking to collaborate with a property sourcing broker to assist us in finding a suitable commercial property for purchase, which will serve as our church. The ideal property should accommodate at least 200 seats, include storage space, and have several rooms for children. A car park is essential. We are looking for a location between Exit 16 and Exit 5 on the M50. Further details can be discussed in our initial meeting. Our budget for this acquisition is between €750,000 and €950,000.
