The BIG Biz Summit 2023 is a dynamic event within a larger global series leading to an unprecedented gathering in 2026. Our vision transcends borders, aiming to unite minds, cultures, and industries like never before. This summit is a stepping stone towards a grand convergence that will connect the world, fostering collaboration and propelling innovation. The event is going to take place in RDS Simmonscourt, Dublin and for the event we are looking for an event consultancy company that can help us with the necessary arrangements and, if possible, provide us with the necessary event equipment. For the event we need the following equipment: 1. Stage 4m / 8m 2. Lights ( for the stage) 3. Big Screen for the stage 4. LD screens around the walls x 10 5. Touch screens on the pathway x 7 6. Audio System + technicians for 2 day 7. Speakers (sound) for the stage and around the venue 8. Video – if you can provide video (cameras) and technicians – we need to broadcast live the workshops, and the summit 9. 1230 Chairs 10. Outside screen 11. Small stage 2x2
